You'll receive a QR code or activation code to complete the setup on your device.

Can I use my regular SIM card and eSIM at the same time?

Yes! Most modern devices support dual SIM functionality, allowing you to use both your regular SIM card and eSIM simultaneously. This is perfect for keeping your home number active while using our eSIM for data in the Maldives.

What happens if I run out of data?

If you use all your data before the plan expires, you can purchase an additional data top-up through the mobile app. We offer flexible top-up options to keep you connected.

Do I need to show my passport for eSIM activation?

Yes, passport verification is required for eSIM activation as per local regulations in the Maldives. We use end-to-end encryption to protect your passport information, and it's automatically deleted after 7 days. This is a one-time requirement for your first purchase.

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?

Unfortunately, we operate a no-refund policy once a purchase has been completed, as eSIM services are activated immediately and cannot be reversed. However, if you experience technical issues, please contact our support team - we're here to help resolve any problems.

What network coverage do you provide?

We provide reliable coverage across all major islands and resorts in the Maldives. Our network partners ensure strong connectivity in popular tourist destinations, including Malé, resort islands, and local islands.

How do I check my data usage?

You can check your data usage anytime through the A10 Maldives mobile app. The app provides real-time data consumption information and alerts when you're approaching your plan limits.

Can I purchase eSIM before arriving in the Maldives?

Yes! You can purchase and activate your eSIM before your trip. However, the service will only be active once you arrive in the Maldives and connect to the local network. We recommend purchasing a few days before your travel date.

What if I have technical issues with my eSIM?

Our 24/7 support team is available to help with any technical issues. You can contact us through the mobile app, WhatsApp, email, or phone. We'll work quickly to resolve any connectivity problems.

Are travel packages available on the website?

Travel package information is available on both our website and mobile app. However, booking and purchasing travel packages is exclusively available through our mobile application for a seamless experience.
