1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to A10 Maldives. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.
2. Description of Services
A10 Maldives provides the following services:
- eSIM Services: Digital SIM card activation for mobile devices, allowing connectivity in the Maldives without physical SIM cards. eSIM purchases are exclusively available through our mobile application.
- Travel Packages: Information and booking services for travel packages, accommodations, and activities in the Maldives (available for viewing on both app and website, with booking functionality in the mobile app).
- Support Services: Customer support and assistance related to our services.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. eSIM Services
4.1 Purchase and Activation
- eSIM services can only be purchased through our mobile application
- You must have a compatible device that supports eSIM technology
- Activation requires valid identification documents (passport) as required by local regulations
- Activation is subject to network availability and device compatibility
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion
4.2 Service Availability
While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Service availability may be affected by:
- Network coverage limitations
- Device compatibility issues
- Technical failures or maintenance
- Force majeure events
4.3 Data Plans and Usage
- Data plans are subject to the terms specified at the time of purchase
- Unused data does not roll over to subsequent periods
- Data speeds may be reduced after reaching plan limits
- You are responsible for monitoring your data usage
5. Travel Packages
Information about travel packages is available on both our website and mobile application. However, booking and purchase of travel packages are exclusively available through our mobile application.
- Package availability, pricing, and terms are subject to change without notice
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- Travel package terms and conditions are provided at the time of booking
- We act as an intermediary between you and travel service providers
- We are not responsible for the services provided by third-party travel operators
6. Payment Terms
- All prices are displayed in the currency specified and are subject to applicable taxes
- Payment must be made through approved payment methods
- By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method
- All sales are final once the SIM is assigned to your account - see our Refund Policy for rare exceptions
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect completed purchases
7. Refunds and Cancellations

Once a purchase is completed and the SIM is assigned to your account, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Please review all details carefully before making a purchase.

7.1 eSIM Refunds
Refunds are ONLY provided in the following situation:
- Delivery Failure: Full refund if we are unable to deliver or assign the eSIM to your account due to technical errors or system failures on our end
No refunds once the SIM is assigned to your account, regardless of:
- Activation status (whether activated or not)
- Partial or full usage of data plans
- Change of travel plans or failure to travel
- Network coverage issues
- Device compatibility issues
- User error in installation or configuration
- Accidental purchases or change of mind
7.2 Travel Package Refunds
Travel package cancellations and refunds are subject to the specific terms of each booking and the policies of third-party service providers. These terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Most bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our Services:
- For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
- To transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- To interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
- To use automated systems to access the Services without permission
- To impersonate any person or entity
- To collect or harvest information about other users
- For any commercial purpose without our express written consent
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and designs, are owned by A10 Maldives or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use our content without our prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question
- We are not responsible for third-party services, products, or content
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless A10 Maldives, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment of fees
- At our sole discretion
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Maldives, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Maldives.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and mobile application. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
